The History of FALKEN Tyres

1999 - Joined Nurburgring 24 hour race for the first time to show aggressive driving performance to hundreds thousand of spectators. European flagship VHP tire, FK451 was introduced with outstanding wet performance, and earned good reputation from European magazines.

1996 - Started sales of ZIEX ZE502 which had the refined tread design under the concept of 'youth', 'cool' and 'sporty comfort'.

1993 - Started sales of top class performance tyres, which was developed with circuit racing know-how.

1990 - Established FALKEN Tire Corporation to aggressively develop and establish the FALKEN market in USA through the own subsidiary.

1985 - Started export business of FALKEN brand tyres.

1983 - Launch of the first FALKEN brand tyres, FC06C/FK07A with a novel designs and aggressive driving performance.
